Ladies Only Karate Classes
One of our excellent female instructors leads our Ladies Only Karate program and it is for all ladies of any age and ability to learn Shotokan Karate in a comfortable female focused environment. Many ladies enrol to lose weight, get fit, learn how to defend themselves or simply to learn a new skill in a “non-gym” environment.
Our classes are focused on “Traditional Shotokan Karate” while challenging you and helping you to lose weight, stay fit and learn self-defence.
