  • No prior experience is necessary. Our Aikido classes are designed for adults who are beginners. Our instructors will guide you through the basics and help you progress at your own pace.

  • Absolutely! Aikido's focus on balance, fluid movement, and technique over brute strength makes it an excellent martial art for adults of all ages. Our instructors can adapt techniques to accommodate any physical limitations.

  • The main thing your want when training is to feel comfortable. Wearing an appropriate sport or gym top / t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms, etc usually work best. We also suggest bringing along a drink bottle and sweat towel for when we take a short break about half way through the class.

  • We offer 2 Aikido classes per week and we recommend for you to attend both of them as much as possible.

  • Our adult classes are typically 90 minutes!

  • We encourage individuals with pre-existing conditions or injuries to consult with their healthcare provider before starting karate. Our instructors can then provide modifications based on medical recommendations.

  • We offer 2 Aikido classes per week and a monthly package for these classes is 300 AED
